When someone receives an item with the Tangible Karma tag or label they are invited to respond via the toll-free number or the website using your assigned personal reference number. You will be emailed at the address you provide with their response as soon as it is received.

Groups and clubs are encouraged to use the Tangible Karma system. You can purchase a set of labels/tags for the group and divide them among members. By keeping track of what each individual donates, you can easily track the items when you receive the email responses.
